| Sintering process: The sintering of the Ziecon restoratives takes place according to the following heating program:- |
 |
| • |
From room temperature 350C (950F) to final sintering temperature 14500C (26420F) |
| • |
Heating rate of the kiln 80C/minute final temperature |
| • |
Soaking time 120 minutes (holding time in kiln 2 hours) |
| • |
Kiln cooling down time to temperature <1250C, approx 8hours |
| • |
Open Kiln in approx 1000C |
|
| |
Lay the ZIECON restoratives on high purity (99.7% Al2O3) ceramic micro beads loaded in a refractory
ceramic saggar. Apply gentle pressure on the restoratives so that restoratives take proper support on the loose ceramic beads. Ensure that no ceramic beads get jammed in the internal restorative cavities. Post processing / Fine working. After sintering of ceramic (Y-TZP) restoratives, if needed, restoratives can be retouched with water cooled laboratory grinding tools or suitable diamond points. After checking fitting of the restoratives accuracy, contact points and occlusion clean the interior cavity of the crown. |
| |
| Storage: ZIECON ceramic blanks should be stored in a cool dry place, in its original packaging. |
| |
| Safety instruction: To protect the operating person during the working process, use protective hand gloves, eye goggles. In case of dust contact, rinse abundantly with water and consult doctor if required. Use protective dust mask and wear appropriate light protective clothing. |
